The non-ST does not use tbi, Ford hasn't used throttle body injection on a 4 banger since the '80s lol. Definitely SFI.

@scotman - How are you with the GDTi the ST uses?

Any issues?

The S/SE non-ST have simpler TBi - so how does the two compare in your words?
There are plenty of Focus ST running around in my area. And i have driven that model on multiple occasions. I like the power. But, it is just too large for my tastes in a hot hatch.
I would definitely be installing a catch can on the 2.0.
I need to see if Ford has issued upper intake cleaning recommendations and methods. The industry has taken a long time "wait and see" attitude regarding this issue.
It wold be great if they were to approve the addition of a access port or tube that would allow us to spray an approved cleaner into the pcv pipes that would eliminate the crud buildup on the backside of the valves. I would be cool with that.
