'16 Focus Titanium remote start issues

Hopefully this is the right place to post this. I have a 2016 focus titanium and it's been a good car with the exception of the dps6 transmission, obviously. I luckily haven't had too many issues in the 3 yrs I've had it. However I had my clutch replaced last August and the car's been running pretty good...except that my remote start didn't work right, and stopped working completely, after that replacement. I've had it in a few times to my dealership and they can't figure out what's wrong with it. The most recent time they had it for 2 weeks. They reprogrammed everything and had it working but as soon as I drive it home it stops working again. Anyone else have/had this problem?
