I love my (new to me) '14 Focus SE, esp. w/ the 5 speed.
But I've encountered a problem...While on a very long trip last week, I repeatedly got my bum handed to me in many places, performance wise.
I used to have a '12 w/ an automatic and it was a LOT faster, but had some issues from the factory too with the trans, we all know about those, I'm betting. Been stepping up the octane and that helps, and going to treat the induction to some Seafoam soon.
I picked up a K&N filter recently, and I've been looking @ headers and performance exhaust, and a chip...any other ideas? I like what I read here about the 350hp turbo available overseas!!! Man that sounds fun.
When I was driving in several cities, I had my Focus hammered, powershifting through the gears and sometimes it still wasn't enough. I was wishing for a bottle of N2O!
