2019 edge titanium liftgate problem

My Liftgate got stuck on the garage door and now won’t auto open or close. The trunk releases but I have to manually open it. I disconnected the battery, checked the fuse and I replaced the power Liftgate motor but it’s still not working. Any ideas?

Try to reinitialize the lift gate modal, instructions are in the owner's manual.
