2007 Focus ZX3 SES

5 months ago I bought a 2007 ZX3 SES for $500. Absolutely nothing with it except it needs paint. I'm in process of sanding for repaint. I can't figure out how to get rear spoiler (Riser) off. I've Googled it and everything. Found 2 small bolts, one on each end, but seema something is holding in the center.
