tranny issue code p07a4 & p2701

I have a 2015 ford focus se with a 2.0l engine. I have 2 codes. One is P07a4 and other is p2701. Driving it home it started mis-shifting and doing other wierd stuff as far as shifting. I made it home and let tranny fluid cool off. Then i took it for a ride around block. It would go out of gear once i gave it some gas. If i didn't give it any gas it would shift into other gears but once i gave it any amount of gas to accelerate it would just rev up like it was in neutral. What yall think?
