Help!! Front door driver door don't latch/lock!

Hello, I just joined this pg. I bought my Ford focus 2014 new in 2014. I have a problem. The latch will not latch or lock. It won't lock with the key either. I don't know what to do to check what parts I need, if and when I take the door apart? I need some guidance. I live in the Keys and there is nothing here!! When it comes to help or parts.
