2000 ZX3 DOHC no start/crank

The car is acting weird. New battery. I try to start it and I hear the relays and starter solenoid, but it doesn’t crank at all. The headlights and horn do not work now. It ran with a battery light on before being parked.

The battery connections are clean and tight.
